Saxon Lodge is a family run residential home providing a comfortable and welcoming home for the elderly. It is situated in the quiet grounds and well-appointed village of Bridge; only a few miles from Canterbury City Centre. The home has recently been extended and refurbished to a high standard. Residents are cared for 24 hours a day by dedicated and friendly staff. The proprietors aim to provide a high standard of care and support without encroaching on the individual's right to privacy or choice. All residents have individual care plans. Visitors are welcomed at any time and light refreshments are provided. The rooms are all tastefully decorated with a high degree of comfort as standard. A comprehensive range of activities and outings are available to promote both physical and mental well-being. Saxon Lodge is designed over two floors; all the corridors are wide and we have an eight person lift enabling us to provide accommodation to residents with wheelchairs or walking aids. There is a separate dining room and the modern kitchen provides good home cooking for nutritional and preferred diets
