Choosing a Nursing Home is possibly one of the most difficult and emotional decisions a family may have to make; often at short notice and with little knowledge or experience of Nursing Homes. We would therefore like to offer you the opportunity of calling in to meet our Staff and Residents and to have a leisurely look around our Home. A brochure after all can only give facts and figures. The Management and Staff strive to meet the needs of all our Residents and offer a warm and friendly environment so they may live a comfortable and fulfilled life in a “Home from Home”.

Our philosophy is to offer those we care for the opportunity to enhance their quality of life; by providing a safe; manageable and comfortable environment; with support and stimulation to help maximise their potential; physical; emotional and social well-being.

Our team of highly motivated Nurses; Care Assistants and Ancillary Staff provide 24 hour nursing care for 28 Residents. We have up to 13 residential clients included in this figure. There are 20 single rooms and 4 double rooms; many with en-suite facilities. All rooms are individually decorated to a high standard; and are fitted with a nurse call system.

We have a large tended garden with a terrace which is used regularly during the summer months when we hold many events i.e. barbecues and an annual Summer Fayre. Daily activities are organised for the Residents; should they wish to participate.
