Our chefs strive to bring you the best quality home cooked and nutritionally
balanced meals.
Our menu is varied seasonally, offering choice as well as being suited to the service
users’ individual taste in addition to medical and dietary requirements. Service users
are consulted prior to the menus being created. Meals are prepared according to
occasion, for example Halloween, St. Patricks Day, birthdays and Christmas.
Meal times at our homes are treated as a social occasion, encouraging service users to
interact with one another and share their daily experiences. Our dining area is
immaculately set and menus are always available for service users to select from.
We strive to make the dining experience as informal as possible whilst creating the
ambiance of a fine dining restaurant.

Activities

We aim to create a happy, fulfiling and stimulating atmosphere for all our service users.
The activities programme within the home includes stimulation for the mind, body and
soul. The activities are a combination of physical exercise, cognitive stimulation and
emotional well being.
We also ensure that service users can continue to follow their faith as clergyman of different
religions visit the home regularly.

Activities are designed to ensure that all service users irrelevant of their limitations
can get involved. Activities are repeated throughout a twelve week cycle, this helps
to create continuity and familiarity for service users.
