| Care Home Manager | Salary:22-30k | |||
| We are currently looking to recruit an experienced manager for a home for adults with Learning Disability. (2 residents at the moment, max occupancy 6) This is an excellent management opportunity to be in charge of a new service (Est. July 2009). The ideal candidate will have current knowledge of relevant legislation, posses a suitable qualification preferably NVQ4 RMA/LMCS and have knowledge of Learning Disabilities. As we are a new service we are looking for someone who is looking for a challenge and will be able to build up the business, so strong leadership, business and marketing skills are desirable. The job will be challenging but there is a good team in place at the home and the position will be extremely rewarding for the right candidate. Experience with this client group is essential as the needs of the adults are complex. At least 2 years management experience with this client group is essential.. The salary will be reviewed when each new permanent resident enters the home (up to 30k) |  |
